Award winning Filipino food.

Welcome to Lasa, where every dish tells a story of home, heritage, and heart. Founded by husband-and-wife duo Conor and Elizabeth Brennan, Lasa brings the vibrant flavors of Filipino cuisine to Northern Ireland, celebrating the rich traditions of family, food, and community.

Inspired by Elizabeth’s Filipino roots and a deep love for sharing good food, we started Lasa as a way to bring people together—just like we do in our own home. "Lasa" means "taste" in Filipino, and for us, it’s more than just flavour—it’s the feeling of comfort, warmth, and connection that comes with every bite.

From sizzling skewers and fragrant adobo to our nationwide-famous boodle, our menu is a love letter to the dishes Elizabeth grew up with, reimagined for today’s adventurous eaters. We take pride in using fresh, local ingredients while staying true to the bold, comforting flavours of traditional Filipino cooking.

What began as a family-run restaurant in Comber has evolved into something even more special—a series of pop-up food experiences across Northern Ireland, bringing the joy of Filipino taste to new places and new faces. Whether it’s a street market, a festival, or a special event, we’re always excited to share a taste of the Philippines with you.

Food is more than just sustenance—it’s a way to connect, to celebrate, and to create memories. At Lasa, we invite you to pull up a chair, share a meal, and become part of our extended family.

Come and taste the love.
